Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses throughout South Africa only. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to addresses outside South Africa.

Delivery costs

The delivery fee for your order is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order. All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR).

Delivery times

• Orders are usually delivered within 5 business days of order confirmation to main centres. Outlying and rural areas may take a few extra days.
• Many Crafta products are handmade in small batches. Made-to-order or personalised items may need extra preparation time, and we will let you know if your order will take longer than usual.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
• Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays outside our control can occasionally happen, and we will help you follow up with the courier if they do.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we add the courier name and tracking number to your order. If you have a Crafta account you can see this under My Account. Guest shoppers can contact us with their order number for an update.

Receiving your order

• Please make sure your delivery address and mobile number are complete and correct, as the courier may contact you to arrange delivery.
• If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, the courier may charge a redelivery fee, which we will discuss with you first.
• Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, see our Returns Policy and let us know as soon as possible.
